    BLUEBERRY ICED TEA

    A light alcoholic drink for a quiet aperitive. Any fruits liquor can be used in this recipe.

    INGREDIENTS
    1OZ BLUEBERRY 1883
    6 BASIL LEAVES
    .5 OZ LEMON JUICE
    5OZ COLD BLACK TEA

    PREPARATION
    Make cold tea (infuse black tea like Ceylan in warm water and let it refresh).
    Put basil leaves down in a Tumbler.
    Fill of ice.
    Pour liquor, juice and finish with cold tea.
    Stir well.
    Garnish with a basil sprig, a lemon slice and fresh blueberries.
