Monin Strawberry Rhubarb Purée adds tangy, sweet, and sour notes reminiscent of strawberry rhubarb pie filling to iced teas, lemonades, a variety of cocktails, and more.
STRAWBERRY RHUBARB VINAIGRETTE
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Monin Strawberry Rhubarb Purée
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper, to taste
3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender combine all ingredients – except for the oil – and blend together.
With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use
