.5 OZ 1883 CHERRY SYRUP
.5 OZ GALLIANO LIQUEUR
.5 OZ LIQUID SOUR CREAM
PREPARATION
Pour the vodka, .5 oz of syrup and the Galliano in a mixing glass.
Stir and strain in a chilled Martini glass.
Whip the cream and .5 oz of syrup with a mixer or a shaker.
Cover the cocktail with the flavoured cream, and garnish with grated nutmeg and
dark-chocolate shavings.
