ROSEMARY HONEY VINAIGRETTE
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
6 Tbsp. Monin Honey Syrup
1 Tbsp. Sambal Oelek
8 cloves Garlic (roasted)
2 Tbsp. Shallots (roasted, rough chopped)
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1-2 pumps Monin Rosemary Concentrated Flavor
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Yield: Approximately (2 Cups)
Garnish: None
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients into a blender except for the Olive Oil.
Blend on hihg until thoroughly combined.
Once combined and with the blender still running, slowly drizzle the Olive Oil into the mixture. Blend until completely combined.
Serve immediately or place into a container and refirgerate until use.
